God has done wonderful things in my life and I love to write poems & songs to express my love for Him. I became a Christian in 1984 at C.O.C Church in Woombye, Australia and since then have seen God work miracles in my life. I'm attending "Faith Rocks" Church and I love being a member of God's Family.
You're All We Adore
By Ellen Jackson How majestic you are
And your splendor lights the earth
Through Jesus Your Son
We've received new birth
Thank You Lord for Your love
Everlasting and true
Abounding and faithful
We live to worship You
Hallelujah Jesus, O wonderful Lord
Your precious blood brings salvation
You're all we adore
And in time when You come to take us away
Your face we shall see
How we long for that day.
We'll be home with the Angels
In the place You've prepared
Away from the sorrow of the world's despairs
And the best thing of all
Will be being with You
Living in love all eternity through!

Father
By Ellen Jackson Father in Heaven we lift up Your Name
Lord Jesus who loves us
We praise You again
For the comfort and hope
we felt from the start
The day O Lord
That You entered our hearts
Through our sin and anger
We hurt You so much
But in Your love You forgave us
And built strength and trust
Not in our dreams could we find such delight
Than rest in your arms and faith in your might
Father in Heaven all I did was confess
And turn to You when my life was a mess
Though I know I'm not perfect and never will be
Still I strive for Your image and sweet victory!

Patience Comes
By Ellen Jackson You will discover what God has for you
If you wait for His answer you'll know
Do not be impatient, angry or confused
Jesus will reveal and you'll grow.
Oh Lord how you love us so gently
Peace in our heart we're set free
Satan is the defeated foe
Like a flower Lord, we'll grow and grow.
Sometimes we get down, hurt and upset
Feeling so low we just cant get up
In You Lord you're the best we can get
We spring up and stand in our faith
With courage and strength we are blessed.
So I say unto you, stay in God's care
His precious gifts are there for us
If we wait for His answer...He'll share
For God is always there...
We just need to trust!

Calling You
By Ellen Jackson The gifts and calling cannot be changed
That's true
We know in our heart
What He wills us to do
Instead of ignoring
What we think is a whim
So put on your armour
Get ready to fight
The war has been won
And satan has lost!
Jesus won
In His Glorious Light
Whatever your calling
Don't turn it down
For God will bring you to that mountain
And you'll just go 'round and round'
Shout with joy
For there is only one way
Jesus will guide you
Throughout the day!
