Healing Is A Gift

If you have a personal relationship with God by
believing in Jesus, God is in you through the power of the Holy Spirit. And
where He is, there is faith. Romans 12:3 (NIV) tells us, "...the measure of faith
God has given you." Stop believing the lie you don't have enough faith to
receive your healing. You already have faith, if God is in you.
Romans 10:17 tells us when we hear the Word of God, faith comes. When the measure of faith inside you rises up to meet the Word, they together go out to do the job. It is the Word that heals you. When we speak the Word in faith with confidence in His ability and willingness to heal our condition. Then Isaiah 55:11 which states, "So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it." will become manifest in our life.
People who are concerned that they don't have enough faith for healing need instead to turn their attention to learning how to use the faith they already have. Jesus told the disciples in Matthew 17:20 (NKJV), "...for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."
So often people want to be healed so badly that, without realizing it, they start working and trying to earn it from God. They try to get enough faith to be healed instead of receiving healing from Him, that He freely wants to give us. Healing cannot be earned nor can it it be bought. It has already been bought with the blood of Jesus. You can only receive healing with your faith. There is a difference. Faith is a gift that is given to you, and you must receive it as a gift.
Believing is a decision, an act of the will, based upon what we have learned to be true about God. It's having absolute trust and confidence grounded in our knowledge of how good He is and that He will do what He says in His Word.
Once we decide to believe, then we can rest in the knowledge that the Word will accomplish and prosper in the thing it was was sent to do. Hebrews 4:3 tells us that those who believe enter into the rest of God. Is there any better place to be while we are waiting for the full manifestation of our healing?
There are times when we receive immediate results from our prayers and other times when we must wait and be patient. Hebrews 10:36 (NLT) says, "Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God's will. Then you will receive all that he has promised."
"My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh." Proverbs 4:20-22 (NKJV)
